How to delete your BrasaHub account

In the app (recommended)

Open BrasaHub and go to Profile.
Tap Security & Privacy.
Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete my account.
Type EXCLUIR to confirm.

This is permanent. It removes your listings, favorites, alerts, and reviews. Your conversations remain visible to the other person, but your name will show as "Deleted account". This action cannot be undone.

No access to the app?

If you can't access the app, use our support form from the email address on your account, requesting deletion. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within a few business days.

What gets removed

Profile, published listings, and associated images
Favorites and saved search alerts
Reviews you wrote
Your login access (authentication account)

What remains

Messages already sent in conversations remain visible to the other person, with your name replaced by "Deleted account"
