We take your safety seriously. This policy explains how BrasaHub collects, uses, and protects your data.
Your password is protected by Firebase Authentication. Not even we have access to it. Your profile data can only be changed by you.
Name, email, profile photo, approximate location (to show nearby listings), and the content you publish (listings, chat messages, reviews, community board posts).
Other users can see your name, photo, and the city or province of your listings. Your email, phone number, and full address are never shown publicly.
Always negotiate through the app's chat. Be wary of upfront payments, suspicious links, or offers that seem too good to be true. Prefer meeting in public places.
BrasaHub does not process payments. Arrange payment directly with the other person, preferably in person, when handing over the item.
Use the report and block features whenever something feels wrong. Our priority is keeping the community safe and respectful.
With your permission, we send notifications about new chat messages and saved search alerts. You can turn this off in your device settings.
You can delete your account at any time inside the app, under Profile → Security & Privacy → Delete my account. This removes your listings, favorites, alerts, and reviews. Your conversations remain visible to the other person, but your name will show as "Deleted account". This action cannot be undone.
